US judge dismisses Stormy Daniels' lawsuit against Trump

WASHINGTON: Adult-film actress Stormy Daniels' lawsuit towards President Donald Trump over a non-disparagement agreement on their alleged affair has has been dismissed through a federal judge in Los Angeles.

US District Judge S James Otero on Thursday mentioned the swimsuit, which sought to invalidate the $130,000 agreement that stored Daniels from talking publicly about her allegations of an affair with Trump forward of the 2016 election, "lacks subject matter jurisdiction" and should be sent back to California Superior Court, CNN reported.

The judge discovered that Daniels' lawsuit used to be moot because she had already “won precisely what she wanted” when Trump and his former lawyer Michael Cohen agreed last September to not enforce the confidentiality pact.

Daniels, whose actual title is Stephanie Clifford, claims that she and Trump had an affair in 2006, after he married first woman Melania Trump and he or she gave birth to their son, Barron. Trump has denied having an affair with Daniels.

Cohen organized the nondisclosure agreement and paid Daniels $130,000.
