Rajkot: A 30-year-old lady was discovered murdered underneath the bridge over a move on Vhora-Kotada Road in Gondal of Rajkot district on Wednesday night time.
The deceased was recognized as Gita Chudasama, a resident of Rajnagar locality of Gondal.
“The body was discovered half-naked. It bore a number of stabbing wounds. Her head appeared to have been smashed with a stone. Chudasama had left her home on Tuesday night time. Her husband Bharatsinh lodged missing grievance as she had now not returned home until Wednesday morning,” said H M Jadeja, Gondal deputy superintendent of police.
Gondal police have booked unidentified assailants, whose numbers also are unknown, for the crime and sought the help of forensic science laboratory.
