GREATER NOIDA: A 22-year-old youth was once arrested on Saturday afternoon for allegedly sodomising a Class X pupil in Greater Noida’s Jarcha area on Friday afternoon.
The pupil has alleged that Nitin Tyagi, who lived in the same neighbourhood, entered his residence when his folks had long past out to shop for medicines and compelled himself upon him.
When the minor’s folks returned house, he knowledgeable them in regards to the matter they usually filed a complaint at Jarcha police station around 7.30 pm on Friday.
Yashpal Sharma, the investigating officer in the case, said that Tyagi was once earlier running with a non-public corporate in Noida.
“The accused was once arrested from near Saraswati Shishu Vidyalaya around 1.30 pm on Saturday. We have lodged an FIR in opposition to him under sections 452 (house-trespass after preparation for hurt, attack or wrongful restraint) and 506 (felony intimidation) of the IPC,” he said.
