NEW DELHI: A three-year-old child was left struggling with for life after being ran over by means of a automotive and dragged for almost 20 metres in northwest Delhi's Bharat Nagar on Monday evening.


The driving force, Aas Mohammed, had dropped off the child at his house simply moments sooner than. Mohammed is understood to the child's mother.
