AHMEDABAD: A 26-year-old woman, mom of a 1.Five-year-old boy, allegedly dedicated suicide via hanging herself at her in-laws’ position in Thaltej on Saturday. The FIR filed via the deceased’s sister with Sola prime courtroom police on Sunday alleged the woman had dedicated suicide to escape the torture via her husband and in-laws. Her plight had begun since February 2017, soon after her wedding.
Complainant, Nisha Ranpara, 22, a resident of Gokul Sheri in Rajkot town, mentioned in her FIR that her elder sister, Kinjal got married with a Thaltej resident on February Five, 2017. Since her marriage, Hardik and his folks pressured her over petty issues. They did not allow Kinjal even to speak to her folks or to fulfill them, alleged Nisha in FIR. “Neither Hardik nor his folks informed our family when Kinjal used to be pregnant. Even if she talked with my family members, Hardik and his family members used to listen to audio recordings of the ones calls,” stated the FIR.
Once, when Nisha went to fulfill Kinjal at her position she had learned of her ordeal and Kinjal had advised her how her husband and in-laws have been torturing her since she got married the FIR mentioned. The deceased had additionally showed bruises and injury marks on her frame inflicted via her husband and in-laws, stated the FIR. On Friday, Kinjal’s father received a call from a relative who advised him that his daughter had hanged herself to dying. When Kinjal’s family tried to call Hardik, his telephone used to be switched off.
