NOIDA: Taking cognizance of a grievance from a Noida-based techie couple in regards to the start of a stillborn kid due to alleged negligence through two medical doctors of a non-public hospital, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has directed the Gautam Budh Nagar district Justice of the Peace to look into the case and “take essential motion within 20 days”.
Ankit Garg and his wife Shweta had alleged that their first kid was born nonetheless at Cloud Nine hospital, Sector 51, due to a delay of round 3 hours in the caesarean process of his wife on March 9, in spite of the ultimate check-up on March eight showing “the whole lot standard”. CMO Anurag Bhargava, however, mentioned the matter was referred to the important of Meerut Medical College as the complainants “have become offensive” and the panel may no longer arrive at the cause of death. The DM mentioned he would have to to find out in regards to the matter.
A spokesperson for Cloud Nine mentioned: “Since the matter has been forwarded to the upper government, we will proceed to reinforce with all of the documentation required. We want to explain that the affected person had reported with an emergency situation and was attended to with none delay.”
