COIMBATORE: The BJP government on the Centre has nothing to turn as its accomplishment within the five-year rule and so it has resorted to looking for votes by way of fearmongering and speaking about national security, stated Communist Party of India national secretary D Raja on Sunday.
Raja was once right here to campaign for CPM candidate within the Coimbatore Lok Sabha constituency P R Natarajan.
Speaking to journalists, Raja stated there was once a national wave of anger towards the Narendra Modi-led BJP rule. “Modi and the BJP are in unrest and worry due to this. So they've resorted to slandering opposition events,” Raja stated.
“Modi and the BJP can't solution the questions posed by way of the people and the opposition,” he stated.
He stated the BJP have been looking to create worry amongst people to cover up the truth that it had not delivered anything else promised. The party was once saying the rustic’s security was once underneath threat and there was once a danger from Pakistan, stated Raja.
He added that house minister Rajnath Singh had stated that the federal government would support sedition rules and BJP president Amit Shah had stated that they would certainly convey the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, towards which there were intense protests.
“RSS and BJP leaders have also been making statements about Ayodhya and Sabarimala, though the issues are within the Supreme Court. They have been looking to make the most of these issues,” he stated.
