Ranchi: Autos and small vans decked out with loudspeakers appealing for votes and winding through busy streets, play the most important role in elections. Campaigns for the Lok Sabha election in the state is on in full swing and a piece of traders is busy giving an election-touch to those cars before the D-day arrives. Faces of leaders, candidates, celebration slogans and achievements are being painted on flex which will likely be displayed on these cars.
“We have received orders from a particular political celebration to manufacture around one dozen small vehicles forward of the election. We use water-proof flex with vinyl print. The designs are supplied by way of the celebration itself, while the remainder of the work is to be achieved by way of us,” stated Md Kalam of Karbala Chowk-based Yas Enterprises. Almost a dozen printers line the alley to the Chowk, mostly working on posters and banners, however Kalam has the original process of adorning the cars that may function the voice of the candidates.
Working on a couple of small cars near St John’s School, Kalam’s staff has its plan able. He added, “I generally have interaction 4 people on one vehicle.
