CPI’s B P Mehta files nomination for Hazaribag

Hazaribag: Bhubneshwar Prasad Mehta, CPI’s candidate for the Hazaribag Lok Sabha seat and the birthday celebration’s state common secretary, on Tuesday filed his nomination prior to district election officer Ravi Shankar Shukla.

Mehta used to be accompanied via CPI national secretary Ramendra Kumar, CPM state secretary G K Bakshi and others.


During the filing process, Kumar requested Shukla how saffron flags are submit in every single place proper from government buildings to trees and poles in all of the district. “These flags symbolise RSS, which in return is the the mentor of BJP. Isn’t it a violation of the model code of habits? It’s a major lapse. How can no action be taken yet?” requested Kumar. Shukla requested them to put up a written grievance and then they're going to look into the matter.


Addressing a rally at Keshav Hall ground after filing his nomination, Mehta criticised BJP’s outgoing MP Jayant Sinha. He additionally accused Congress of intentionally conserving the Left events out of the mahagathbandhan in Jharkhand.
