The Delhi high court docket on Tuesday disregarded a plea looking for direction to the state government for implementation of the Ayushman Bharat scheme in the nationwide capital. A division bench of chief justice Rajendra Menon and Justice Anup J Bhambhani refused to intrude in the topic pronouncing the petition was political in nature.
