AHMEDABAD: A lady on Sunday filed a grievance with Gandhinagar police that she was once cheated via two persons of her embellishes worth Rs 51,000. The duo confirmed her a bundle of Rs 500 notes and promised her that they would give the money to her.
Premila Sirsale, 58, a resident of Ashirwad Society in Kalol the city of Gandhinagar, stated that she had gone to buy some culmination at Kalol marketplace bus station on April 8 the place she met two men. One of them asked her a few bus to Vadodara and when she was once replying to him, every other guy confirmed her a bundle of Rs 500 notes announcing that he would give her the money.
The duo then asked Sirsale to take a seat in a rickshaw with them. While they have been travelling, considered one of them asked her to give her embellishes and instructed her again that they would give her the money. Sirsale followed their instruction. After getting the embellishes, the duo asked her to get down from the autorickshaw and walk for some time. They additionally were given down from the rickshaw and fled from the spot.
