SURAT: A festive setting prevailed in the Diamond City and rural parts of South Gujarat with eager citizens rushing to polling cubicles to workout their proper to franchise on Tuesday.
At least 50 citizens of Sai Ashish Housing Society in Vesu wearing crimson and saffron attire reached their polling sales space dancing to the beats of the drums.
