A fire broke out in an office in a multi-storey development on Chowringhee Road on Friday. The office is positioned at the fourth ground of the G+5 development below the bounds of Bhowanipore police station. About 5 fireplace tenders and local police rushed to the spot to carry out rescue works. No casualties had been reported in the incident, officers mentioned.
