Justice Sanjay Kumar of the Telangana prime court on Monday wondered why the lower court granted bail to a convict who was once jailed to undergo three years of prison time period for sexually assaulting a five-year-old kid. The judge canceled the bail and directed the convict Mohd Ibrahim to give up to the police for scientific examination to ensure his mental situation.
