When contacted, Kusuma stated, “Former chief minister Siddaramaiah and minister D Ok Shivakumar have assured to give me the price tag. “In 2004 I was given the celebration price tag and Shivalli had contested in opposition to me. Both me and Shivalli have been defeated through a JD(U) candidate in that election. Kundgol has high choice of Lingayat voters which can help me to retain the constituency,” he stated.


KPCC vice president and observer of Kundgol constituency V R Sudarshan stated reviews of celebration employees and leaders will be accrued and a detailed report could be submitted to the celebration on April 23.


“On April 25, the celebration president and other senior leaders will convene meeting with the senior leaders of the district and constituency and take a decision. Finally the AICC president will finalize the candidate,” he added.


“There isn't any serious problem within the celebration as such. It is moderately natural for celebration leaders to use for the price tag. But we can take a decision through having a look at the perspective of the celebration, the general public, govt and leaders,” he added.
