Guwahati: Denying Congress’s allegation that the Rs 1.8 crore-stash seized at Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh — hours earlier than PM Narendra Modi’s rally on Wednesday — used to be from his convoy, Arunachal CM Pema Khandu stated the car from which the money used to be seized belonged to a BJP candidate for the approaching assembly election.
