HUBBALLI: Congress Dharwad candidate Vinay Kulkarni is desperately trying to strike an emotional chord with Lingayat community individuals within the constituency.
It is said that individuals of the Lingayat community are miffed with Kulkarni for actively participating within the agitation for separate faith standing for Lingayats and it used to be the reason why he misplaced within the assembly election remaining yr.
