RANCHI: The Birsa Munda central prison authorities on Saturday barred incarcerated RJD president Lalu Prasad from guests citing "law and order" considerations. As according to prison norms Lalu is allowed to fulfill as much as three guests each Saturday at the Ranchi health facility the place he's below treatment for several diseases.
On Saturday morning, the management pasted a notice at the health facility board signed by way of prison superintendent A Okay Choudhary pointing out Lalu's Saturday conferences were suspended. When asked about problems bobbing up from guests, Choudhary stated: "I will not go into details. You know better". The construction comes an afternoon after JD(U)'s Bihar spokesperson Neeraj Kumar approached the EC with a grievance that Lalu was distributing birthday party tickets using his signature from the health facility. In a letter to the EC, Kumar stated: "Has Lalu Prasad, a convict in the fodder scam case, taken permission from a court before using his signature to distribute tickets? If not, the EC should declare illegal the candidature of those who have obtained his signature to contest in the Lok Sabha elections."
