Coimbatore: ‘Agents of change’ is how the Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM) vice-president and its candidate for Coimbatore Lok Sabha constituency R Mahendram propagates his birthday celebration. On the remaining day of campaigning on Tuesday, Mahendran canvassed for votes in some of the distinguished and posh residential spaces of the city comparable to Saibaba Colony, R S Puram and Race Course.
The marketing campaign which began at 7.30am went to spaces comparable to Ganapathi and Variety Hall Road. Mahendran wrapped up his marketing campaign via 1.30pm, smartly forward of the closing date.

Though they had best 30 days to take their image to the hundreds, they had put huge efforts to popularize it, he said.
