A hearth broke out in a residential development at Bhendi Bazaar around 10.30pm on Thursday. Five citizens and three firemen had been rushed to JJ Hospital where two had been reported dead. The fireplace began in a space at the third flooring of the four-storey Punjab Mahal, Bohri Mohalla. A hearth officer mentioned that the 'level 3' fireplace was confined to electric wiring and installations.
