Twenty-three persons, most commonly children from Punjab, were rescued from an unlawful de-addiction centre in Jallah village of Pinjore on Thursday, when a workforce of medical doctors and officers from the dept of social justice and empowerment, Haryana, and the district social welfare division, Panchkula, along with the police, conducted a joint raid.
