After several failed attempts to prevent folks from dumping garbage in storm water drains and rainwater valleys, police have began reserving circumstances against trash tossers. On May 3, West division police booked two circumstances in an hour against 4 men who have been stuck dumping waste into Vrishabhavathi valley.
