Rattled by alleged ‘blank chit’ that state’s pollution watchdog – the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) – has given to the Vadodara Enviro Channel Limited (VECL), environment activists have issued notices to all the government officials ranging from Prime Minister, Gujarat leader minister to district collector and head of pollution keep an eye on boards.
