Last month, Nagpur University (NU) vice-chancellor SP Kane finished four tumultuous years of his tenure with probably the most oldest institutions of finding out. Though it wasn’t a smooth trip for him as anticipated, he managed to take some daring choices shrugging off stiff opposition from the statutory members, academicians and political bigwigs.
