GUWAHATI: Assam schooling minister Siddhartha Bhattacharya has hailed over four p.c upward push in move proportion of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exam after it was once determined to do away with the moderation coverage all through analysis of resolution scripts within the exam from this year.
