An audit file has found irregularities within the process undertaken while procuring and installing CAD CAM device worth Rs 2.69 crore at Swami Vivekanand National Institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research (SVNIRTAR), Olatpur in Cuttack. The equipment was put in on the institute on September 15, 2018.
