Four youths used to drink and disturb the peace each weekend in HRBR Layout
It’s our birthday party we can do what we wish It’s our birthday party we can say what we wish. This is true only if you’re in a Miley Cyrus video. Four youths realised this the exhausting way after they had been reported by means of their neighbours for partying late into the evening, in theirSUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) in HRBR second block.
Every weekend, the neighbours said, the four younger males would have a birthday party, crank up the tune, indulge in drinking and disturb the peace of the neighbourhood with their loud banter.
When requests to turn down the volume of tune and transfer the birthday party again into their area had been neglected, the neighbours complained to the police.
“When we went to advise them and instructed them to head inside the house and proceed the birthday party, they started claiming that they had been locals and they could drink wherever they sought after. They also added that the police had no trade in spoiling their birthday party and warned us to not hose down their birthday party mood,” said an officer who is part of investigations.
Initially the head constable and some other policeman from the Banaswadi police station went to the spot and after they had been unable to keep watch over the inebriated youths, they called extra police to deal with the situation.
The youths are imagined to have manhandled Ramachandra Ok Yalemeri, a head constable attached to the Banaswadi police station. The four also allegedly abused the other policemen including the Hoysala patrolling police. They had been then taken into custody.
The arrested were known as Melvin Charles, 20, a resident of HRBR second block, Naveen Mathew, 20, also from HRBR Layout, Karthik Shekar, 26, and Sandeep Subramani, 28, both citizens of ITC Road in RS Palya. The incident came about in front of Charles’s area on Sunday round 1.15 am. All the four had been arrested in the wee hours of the similar day.
“Charles used to call his friends all over the weekends and they would come out of his area and start drinking inside a SUV, taking part in loud tune. They are also imagined to be shouting and passing comments at passers by means of. The neighbours had alleged that this came about each weekend and this disturbed the citizens. Some of the neighbours had filmed the youth creating a disturbance at evening and confirmed it to us after we visited the spot. All the four are non-public company staff,” said a police reliable attached to the Banaswadi police station.
The police have registered a case of assault or prison force to deter public servant from discharge of his accountability under segment 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The Banaswadi police are investigating further.
