Earlier within the day, Deepika Padukone had shared her excitement for this year's Cannes Film Festival via social media posts on her Instagram account. The actress had shared an image of vegetation and any other symbol of her boarding move for her departure.

She might be walking the purple carpet on the 16th and 17th of May. On Wednesday, Deepika conducted a ballot for her fans asking them if she will have to put on a purple outfit on the Cannes 2019 purple carpet.
