The Supreme Court on Tuesday allowed Karti Chidambaram, who's facing criminal instances being probed through the ED and CBI, to go back and forth to the United States, Germany and Spain this month. A bench comprising CJI Ranjan Gogoi and Justices Deepak Gupta and Sanjiv Khanna said the permission to go back and forth in another country was once matter to compliance of conditions imposed previous.
