Despite chief minister H D Kumarswamy’s order that the Government Teachers’ Training Institutes proposed to be closed from this educational year must now not be closed, the dept of public instruction has excluded the six establishments from the record of TTIs which will likely be admitting the scholars for D El Ed path for the academic year 2019-2020.
