Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam chief TTV Dhinakaran on Sunday mentioned that he's going to record a criticism before the Election Commission referring to non-registration of votes within the polling booths throughout the Lok Sabha elections. He, on the other hand, claimed he can not means any court as he has no evidence to determine his claim.
