How to use

Candidates can observe online up to 25.06.2019 and no other mode of utility will likely be accredited.

1) Before applying online, applicants should scan their:
• photograph (four.5cm × three.5cm)
• signature (with black ink)
• left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
• a hand written declaration

2) Signature in capital letters is probably not accredited.
