The Congress' Delhi unit had filed a complaint with the election commission, Delhi, on Friday alleging recorded phone calls are "being used to spread misinformation in an attempt to influence the electorate" but did not title AAP within the complaint. The BJP filed a equivalent complaint with the EC accusing the AAP of propagating false survey effects thru phone calls to reporters.
