CM Naveen Patnaik announced the bundle and integrated support for the ones dependent on animal husbandry, fisheries, handloom and handicraft. He additionally announced that 100% remission in respect of cess on land for 2019-20 shall be given to all of the cyclone-affected villages. There shall be 100% exemption on water charge for farmers in places where crop loss is 33% or extra.
