Mumbai police Tuesday adversarial the bail plea of a director of an audit firm arrested after a foot overbridge collapsed outdoor Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), saying he dedicated a willful breach of regulations and gave a favorable document of the bridge regardless of having "knowledge" of its poor situation.
