A four-month-old fetus used to be present in a toilet of presidency health center in Hisar on Monday. This is a 3rd such case in remaining seven months. Hisar police spokesperson mentioned a case has been registered below phase 318 (concealment of start via secret disposal of useless frame) of the Indian Penal Code against unknown lady on criticism of Preeti Devi, a lady worker of the government health center.
