AHMEDABAD: Kishan Maheshbhai Dalia, a student of Gujarat Technological University (GTU) in Ahmedabad, is all set to represent Team India in World Roller Sports Championship at Barcelona, Spain all through July Four-14, this 12 months. Kishan can be a part of a 17-member group from around the country, which also contains 8 ladies.
Kishan has not too long ago participated in variety technique of Indian group Speed Skating at Nandurbar, Maharashtra and he used to be selected for Team India by Roller Skating Federation of India. Earlier, Kishan also participated in All India Inter University 2019 and gained two silver medals. In that competition, GTU used to be awarded general 3rd rank.
Expressing his pleasure, Kishan said, “Skating has been my hobby since formative years. GTU gave me complete reinforce to achieve at this degree of accomplishment.”
GTU vice chancellor, Navin Sheth, congratulated Kishan for attaining this. “I wish him the entire best possible for the championship to bring proud for India in the mega event.”
