The panel that probed the malpractices within the upper secondary exam held at the Neeleswaram Government Higher Secondary School has submitted its report to the federal government calling for an in depth and comprehensive inquiry into the conduct of exam at the school, together with a scrutiny of answer scripts of all the upper secondary students of the college.
