NEW DELHI: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has postponed the Paper - 3 of Foundation Examination and Paper four & 5 of Final Examination.
In a press release, issued these days, the ICAI has cited sure unavoidable instances for the postponement of the said exam.
The statement said, "It is notified for general information that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, Paper - 3 of Foundation Examination and Paper 4 & 5 of Final Examination Old as well as New Scheme stand postponed."
The exam of those paper(s) Paper - 3 of Foundation Examination and Paper four & 5 of Final Examination (Old in addition to New Scheme) will now be held as detailed below.
Candidates are hereby knowledgeable that there can be no alternate in the agenda of examinations for different papers, as already notified.

Earlier, in view of Elections to the 17th Lok Sabha Parliamentary Constituencies around the nation, the Chartered Accountant Examinations to start with scheduled from May 2, 2019 to May 17, 2019 has been rescheduled and the said examinations will now be held from May 27, 2019 to June 12, 2019.

No exam is scheduled on 5th June 2019 (Wednesday) as a result of Id-ul-Fitr.
However, it can be noted that there could be no alternate in the exam agenda in the tournament of any day of the exam agenda mentioned above, being declared a Public Holiday by means of the Central Government or any State Government / Local Authority.
