Bowing to pressure from academicians and voters’ organisations, the state executive has in the end issued a notification for admitting scholars to diploma in fundamental education (D El Ed) route for 2019-20 educational 12 months on the 132 year-old Teachers’ Training Institute for Women (Training College for Women) here.
