With some weather corporations forecasting a deficit monsoon, the government has determined to lodge to cloud seeding this year in June to cover the shortfall in rain. Cloud seeding within the state has had restricted luck up to now, however the executive intends to head ahead with the process at a cost of Rs 88 crore to the exchequer.
