Three days after an incident on May 25, when two persons were paraded with their faces blackened and the garland of trainers round their neck thru Jhansa villages house in Kurukshetra district, on May 28, Hardayal Singh, Jhansa village Chowkidar lodged a complaint with police of defaming the identify of his village within the house.
