A five-year-old male leopard ventured into Lunsikui space of Navsari the town from nearby forest on Saturday morning. This used to be first incident in a very long time when a large cat had entered the residential space of Navsari and injured a person trying to catch it along with volunteers. Forest officers said the leopard may have been interested in the city because of the scent emanating from poultry farms.
