A 45-year-old guy Siyanand used to be gunned by two bike-borne miscreants in Shamli district when he used to be returning from a sugar mill. Siyanand used to be an eye-witness in the homicide of his brother who used to be killed a few months ago. Police have begun probe and is linking the case with the continued family contention.
