The NHRC has issued a understand to the Delhi govt and city police commissioner over the loss of life of two labourers while cleaning a septic tank at an under-construction area. On Tuesday, two contractual workers died and 3 others were hospitalised after it appears breathing in toxic gas after they were cleaning the septic tank in northwest Delhi's Rohini space.
