Terming the state executive’s decision to promulgate an ordinance to ensure admissions of Maratha students beneath the socially and educationally backward categories (SEBC) quota as “politically motivated”, post-graduate medical aspirants once once more knocked on judiciary’s doors, praying it be quashed together with the SEBC Act of 2018.
