An afternoon after chief minister Pramod Sawant mentioned the federal government would seek exemption from the Election Commission of India to hold out pre-monsoon works, PWD minister Deepak Pauskar, on Tuesday, mentioned he has directed contractors to finish the pre-monsoon works on national highways in order that motorists do not face inconvenience throughout the monsoon.
