About 10km from Godda town at the Gumla-Bhagalpur freeway, a left turn leads to Motia village. What used to be a mud track till two months ago is now a clean bitumen highway. Another 5km down, concrete partitions and barbed wire fences encompass two giant billboards welcoming guests to Adani Power's thermal energy plant.
