Hamleys, owned via Hong Kong-listed C Banner International Holdings, has 167 retail outlets throughout 18 nations. In India, Reliance has the master franchise for Hamleys and at this time operates 88 retail outlets throughout 29 towns.
The RIL workforce company and C Banner International Holdings on Thursday signed a definitive settlement for Reliance Brands to obtain 100 in keeping with cent stocks of Hamleys Global Holdings Limited, Reliance Brands stated in a commentary.
