The Supreme Court on Friday vacated the interim protection extended to former Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar towards arrest via CBI and gave him seven days to hunt prison treatment. Kumar, accused of destroying proof in Saradha chit fund scam, had earlier gave the impression sooner than CBI officers for questioning in Shillong however the probe agency said that he remained elusive.
